Production
Our transformer production process

Winding
Primary and secondary windings are electrically insulated from each other and from the core.

Magnetic circuit
The core is built by stacking cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets of 0.23 / 0.27 / 0.30 mm.

Active part
The active part – windings, core, tap changer and bushings – is assembled.

Tank production
A tank that houses the core, windings and dielectric fluid and withstands transport forces is built.

Drying and oil filling
The active part is dried to remove moisture and increase insulation resistance and breakdown voltage.
06
Painting
After surface treatment, the tank is coated with industrial paint resistant to pollution and corrosion.

We test the transformers we produce in our in-house laboratory. Every finished transformer is tested by our expert team in accordance with TS EN 60076-1 and IEC standards.
